What we have built

Most of the work behind the store is done by AI agents we build and run ourselves. People approve purchases and answer customers.

01Sourcing to listingAn agent reads each Japanese retailer page, pulls out material, sizes and colours, matches the brand, translates the page into Korean and writes the listing. Rule checks reject any wording the source does not support before the listing, detail page and poster go live on Naver and Coupang.
02Video to listingPaste a YouTube link. The agent reads the captions and frames, identifies the exact models on screen, finds them on Rakuten and prepares a candidate table. A person approves once, and the agent lists the approved items.
03Product photosGenerates clean studio shots from retailer photos, then compares each one with the original so colour and shape stay true to the real item before it is added to the detail page.
04Fail-closed stock syncChecks source stock, price and options for every channel on a schedule. When stock cannot be confirmed, the listing comes down instead of staying up.
05Order ledgerBrings marketplace orders into our ledger and flags the orders that need a person.
06Search adsReads search-term spend and conversions on Naver search ads and adds exclusion keywords where money is being wasted.

Principles

01Built in-houseWe write and maintain our own software instead of renting a stack of tools, so every step of the store can be changed the same day.
02Fail closedIf something cannot be confirmed, such as stock in Japan or a product fact, it does not go live.
03People decideSoftware does the repetitive work. People approve purchases and answer customers.

04 — The business

Where the software runs

ForYouBuying (포유바잉) buys Japanese clothing and goods for customers in Korea. Customers order from our marketplace listings. We buy the item from the Japanese retailer, check it twice in Nagoya and ship it under personal customs clearance, usually within 7 to 15 days.
